Fitness banana pancake
1 banana
1 tablespoon of 100% cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of oats
2 eggs
👨🍳Preparation:
⌚15 minutes
➡️Mash the banana, then put it in a deep container, whisk the 2 eggs with the banana, then add the oats and cocoa.
➡️Whisk everything with a fork and then put it on a greased, non-stick skillet, cover the skillet and flip after it browns.
➡️A tip is to make small pancakes, it’s easier to flip.
➡️And when it’s ready, you can sprinkle shredded coconut or honey on top of the pancakes.
